Scheduled services, on site or remote - 1-2 Days per Month.

Who it's for:  Companies who value continuous improvement of systems and operations.  Includes services offered by the Basic plan PLUS access to priority scheduling and additional preventative planning and monitoring services.  Billed monthly.

Basic

Blocks of time (minimum 8 hours per month)

Who it's for:  Companies who would like to take advantage of on-plan rates for our core set of support, training, and consulting services by securing a pre-determined amount of service hours in advance.  Billed monthly.

Ad hoc

Pay as you go

Who it's for:  Companies who do not want a plan for the core set of support, training, and consulting services.  Billed as incurred.

Services not included in any Service Plan are troubleshooting, repair, or modification of operating system, network, network security, printer or mobile device.  Service Plans do not cover unsupported/nonstandard hardware or software (per Publisher guidelines).  Larger projects require a separate quote and are not included in Service Plans.  Examples include; major ERP version upgrades, custom development & coding, and data reconstruction.  Details of Service Plan benefits are provided in the Service Plan Agreement.
